The start of the new year presented tragedy for Queensland. Devastating floods wreaked so much havoc, loss and sorrow upon people and towns throughout the state.

Guppy Guru was more than willing to join thousands of other volunteers in helping to rebuild communities suffering at the hands of this natural disaster.

We were so humbled by the enormous generosity shown by volunteer families, neighbours and complete strangers that we too felt compelled to contribute both financially and physically, albeit in a small way, to rebuilding areas struck by the disaster.
