We are very proud to continue to showcase the range of fish foster carers and recipients of donated aquariums, fish and/or funds.
Our October recipients of donated fish and aquarium goods include a very deserving teacher and his appreciative Year 6 Class.

According to Mr Tilyard, who is himself an avid aquarium enthusiast, the students' interest in this wonderful hobby has certainly been sparked by the new fish tank package which is prominently displayed at the front of the classroom.

Mr Tilyard has also gone out of his way to personally set-up the aquarium to ensure the fish are cared for with optimum water parameters, heating and filtration.
Special thanks goes to Science Teacher Adam (from Clontarf Beach SHS) for his very generous donation of the tank, heater and filter. Adam(aka 'teacherman' on the www.qldaf.com forum) also donated a number of Bristlenose catfish to this particular school. His unselfish generosity is to be commended.
